GigaPan Product Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your GigaPan product, you can request a return within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
Conditions: Products must be in sellable, like new condition and include all original materials. All products will be inspected and tested before being accepted. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to GigaPan Systems. Since we can often troubleshoot and fix problems over email or the phone for free, all refunds must be approved by GigaPan before being received in our return facility.
Non-Refundable Products: The cost of shipping cannot be recovered from shipping providers, and is not refundable. Software and some accessories cannot be resold are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Receiving Your Refund: Once your returned product is received, inspected, and approved, any refund amount will be processed to the credit card used in the original purchase within 5 business days. It often takes credit card issuers 3-5 additional business days to post the money to your account.
