If you like the street-level imagery on google earth, imagine when there's bandwidth and storage enough (and faster hardware technology) to replace their spherical pans with 360 degree spherical pans like this. And this one isn't even hi-res or very good. It's 60 individual 10 megapixel images stitched together. It's not perfect because the lighting changed dramatically while the image was being captured...a real shortcoming of mosaic imaging that is one more thing to over come when taking an image.
